Designing a brewery, start to finish.

A walk through how we take a project from an idea to your first pour. 8 min read.

Brewery Sizing

We start with three questions: how big is your space, what are your production goals, and what’s your budget. From there we recommend the setup that fits.

Floor Space

2

Brewery Layout

The right layout affects efficiency, beer quality, and cost, all at once. Three things we design around:

Cost Reduction

Flow-based layouts cut wasted movement and pumping

3

Aesthetics

Your brewhouse is often also a tourist attraction. We balance your brand identity with the practical needs of daily operations, down to the flooring.

4

Brewery Design

Materials flow in one door, beer flows out the other. We plan for foot traffic, water quality, temperature control, drainage, and future expansion before a single vessel is placed.

5

Brewhouse Production

Sketches become scaled diagrams, then blueprints. We go back and forth with you until every measurement is right, then build in 304 or 316 stainless steel.

6

Equipment Installation

We prep utilities ahead of arrival so it’s closer to plug-and-play, and we usually have someone on-site the day equipment lands to help unload and set up.
