Designated Driver
John has been with BBS since the beginning and covers all aspects of the business, hence his title of Designated Driver. Originally from Austin, Texas he found himself in China in 2007 and has since embraced the culture, language, and business environment. He has designed and installed equipment in over 10 countries and is armed with a plethora of knowledge to help you setup or expand your brewery.
Beergineer
Harry has been with BBS since the beginning and is the local Beergineer. Having studied at Brewlab in the UK he has a good grasp of all aspects of the brewing process. Originally from London, England he worked his way to China in 2010 and has a good command of the business environment and language. He is always eager to commission a new brewery and help clients make quality beers.
Fermentation Ambassador – Americas
Jennifer joined BBS in 2021 and is helping support our sales team in designing solutions for clients and leading our consulting services via her concultancy business, Talley Fermentation’s. Jennifer brings over 20 years of experience and expertise to the BBS team via roles as brewmaster, production manager, lead brewer while holding the Brew Pub seat on the Board of Directors of the Brewers Association.
